Honeymoon Day 1

Well, we started in the early morning hours in Indianapolis. I was exhausted but we did get to sleep on a sleep number bed and i think that I'm in love....with the bed that is. I already know that I'm in love with my wonderful husband. I digress again. We took off from Indy and then headed to Cleveland and finally Ft. Lauderdale finally North Eleuthra and then Harbour Island.

When we arrived we picked up our golf cart and ventured out into the island, figuring out what there was to see and do, but we weren't really all that sure what we would find.

We met Thomassa, our housekeeper and went to the Piggly Wiggly to get groceries. Thomassa was super nice and promised to come back and bring us a pie. We were in love with her instantly!

We explored, found Angela's Starfish for dinner and took some incredible pictures of the sun setting with our new Nikon D5000 camera and some lens the guy talked us into buying. I had Conch fritters, he had chicken breast and fries. LOL. I laughed we're in the islands and I hate seafood and he's having chicken! ha!!!
